Small Business & Technology Development Center (SBTDC)

Charlotte Chamber of Commerce

CPCC Institute for Entrepreneurship

The Institute for Entrepreneurship seeks to increase the success of small business in Mecklenburg County by providing expert and readily accessible assistance to prospective and existing small business owners and their employees. Through education, training, and one-on-one counseling services, the Institute can help you answer your business questions and position you and your business for success.

Employers Association

A member-based organization, The Employers Association can help your growing business with your human resources needs by providing a full range of human resources training and more than 130 different classes surrounding all topics related to human resources. SCORE

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to the growth and success of small businesses nationwide.  They provide free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs and small businesses, with more than 60 volunteers in the Charlotte chapter to serve you and your business.

Business Innovation & Growth (BIG)

A “safe haven” for entrepreneurs to share challenges and mistakes, as well as successes, BIG, a membership non-profit organization, aims to create an intimate community of like-minded, high potential entrepreneurs and provide a meaningful and rewarding peer-to-peer exchange among those facing similar challenges with growing their businesses.

Ventureprise

Ventureprise, formerly The Ben Craig Center, a UNC-Charlotte business partnership, supports the success of innovative technology and business process start-ups and early-stage entrepreneurs through business incubation and acceleration services.
