CBRbiz.com: If you could go back and give yourself a piece of advice when you first started, what would it be?
Christina Hoy: When launching an organization, involve more stakeholders than just your targeted group. Eventually, when I engaged more stakeholders, my perspective widened, and my course altered towards more solid messaging and workable goals.
CBRbiz.com: What do you most enjoy about what you do?
Christina Hoy: I most enjoy engaging the stakeholders. When I engage with the stakeholders, I am reminded of their incredible need, the importance of this work, and inspired to serve them well.
CBRbiz.com: How would you like for people to remember you? And your business?
Christina Hoy: I hope people remember me as someone who saw a community need, leaned in, and brought intelligent, thoughtful solutions to the problem. I would like people to remember Dignify Teachers as informative and actionable for all their stakeholders.
