CBRbiz.com: Describe your perfect workspace.

Kita McNeill: My perfect work space is a place that promotes creativity, serenity and openness to relax. I find that colors and your environment play a major role in productivity. Colors and a positive energy environment are inviting and promote the natural behaviors, reveal the true people, and allow the open door policy I have.

CBRbiz.com: Which personal habits do you think have contributed to your success?

Kita McNeill: The personal habit that has contributed most to my success is research. I constantly conduct research to stay up to date on the latest healthcare trends and topics to provide the best quality care for my clients. I make it my mission to service my clients as if they are my first priority every time.

CBRbiz.com: Describe the most exciting minute of your entrepreneurial journey.

Kita McNeill: The most exciting moment of my entrepreneurial journey was when I recieved my license. Undergoing the rigorous application process to be aligned with compliance to serve my clients was an act of faith. I have learned that, no matter how hard it seems, to never give up and be patient with myself–I earned this moment.
