In fact, they were one of 11 businesses selected for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s Black Chamber of Commerce’s (CMBCC) BIG Program, where they completed a 10-week educational program devoted to increasing knowledge and skills for small business owners.

CBRbiz.com: If you were to do it all over again, what would you do differently?
LaPronda Spann: If I were to do it all over again, I would have left Corporate America and jumped into entrepreneurship sooner rather than later. Even with all of its challenges, entrepreneurship is worth every moment. I am happier than I ever was in the corporate world.
CBRbiz.com: What’s your personal mantra?
LaPronda Spann: My personal mantra is: “Share as much as you know with as many people as you can so that we all succeed.”
CBRbiz.com: What are three things that you can’t live without?
LaPronda Spann: Three things that I can’t live without are:
