Developing a Capability Statement – Webinar @ CPCC Small Business Center

Many are interested in getting certified to do business with local, state and federal government as well as major corporations. Once certified, most small, minority and women-owned businesses do not have the tool (s) to effectively market to City, County, State and Federal representatives, Supplier Diversity Directors and prime contractors. The Capability Statement is a marketing tool that serves as a “door opener” in relationship building with decision makers and serves as the company’s “leave behind” at the conclusion of a meeting. Lain Consulting LLC, a Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Industry Leader in government contracting, will share the 5 elements of an effective capability statement and review the do’s and don’t s when developing your capability statements. Find out what you need to know to position your company for more contracting opportunities.
