Are you a small business that struggles to offer group benefits?    New legislation allows small employers to fund employee Health Reimbursement Accounts, which can be a great way to offer a benefit to recruit and retain the best people.
These small business HRA plans are available to employers with fewer than 50 full-time employees, who do not sponsor a group health plan.  The employer funds an HRA that allows the employee to pay for certain medical expenses and premiums, including plans purchased on the health care exchanges.  This can provide tax benefits for the employer and the employee.
