The Capability Statement is a marketing tool that serves as a “door opener” in relationship building with decision makers and serves as the company’s “leave behind” at the conclusion of a meeting. Lain Consulting LLC, a Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Industry Leader in government contracting, will share the 5 elements of an effective capability statement and review the do’s and don’ts when developing your capability statements.
